Formed in 2017, Colette is the owner and Director of Colette Barratt Ltd. She has worked with multiple organisations in the UK and internationally as an employee, associate and consultant for over 23 years. She has a combination of hands-on operational and leadership roles which she embeds in all aspects of her learning and organisational development interventions. For the last 15 years, Colette has worked with public and private sector organisations within the people development profession. Bringing together a powerful combination to understand the business needs with relevant, pragmatic and fun development opportunities.  A brief insight into her experiences include:
