What to expect when we work together

We will spend time ensuring we are the right fit for you and you are the right fit for us. We will also spend time and effort agreeing what is in scope and out of scope before any contracts are signed or work commences. A description of the services will be our starting point which can be refined as we engage during the early stages of contracting.

We will work together to ensure best use of budget, agree who will engage with us from your organisation, who we will have wider access to and what systems access we will have, if needed. We will plan in ample time for engagement, check in points, reporting and feedback.

We will work remotely unless there are in-person training, facilitation, meetings pre-agreed. We can be flexible in the use of medium to work together. Travel time will need to be taken into account, as will expenses and overnight accommodation, where applicable. We will respect your working routine and hours and agree a sensible 'ways of working' before we start.
